The 12th edition of the India-Japan annual summit-2017 was the 4th annual summit between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
India and Japan have signed 15 agreements for enhancing bilateral cooperation in several key areas including investment promotion, civil aviation, and science and technology. They also laid the foundation for the country’s first high-speed rail corridor between Mumbai and Ahmedabad.
Highlights
The scope of work broadly included overall layouting for proposed structures with required infrastructure facility, construction of India Japan Theme Pavilion, Entry Gates, Theme Designing, Dining Hall, Façade, and other decoration work. All required electrical and mechanical and HVAC works across the venue along with setting up and managing audio visual, information technology and other multimedia related works. Developing and overall ambience to create international conference atmosphere along with the venue beautification and extensive interior works, managing the entire venue and organizing all event in coordination between agencies and the client.
The entire venue was approximately spread across more than 50000 Sq. Ft.
